CEO and Creative Director

Anthony is one of the world’s leading documentary film makers and a pioneer in immersive storytelling. He’s won over 50 international awards including 5 British Academy Awards (BAFTAs) and 11 American Emmys. WIRED described him as a visionary storyteller.

Alastair Cotterill
Director of Immersive

Alastair leads the BAFTA and Emmy winning Immersive team at Atlantic Productions. Having extensive experience across media and creative agencies, as well as leadership roles at Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest his work has consistently informs the direction of the industry. He is now guiding the team to bring pioneering factual storytelling to life through VR, AR, MR, projection mapping and more.

Ailsa Orr
Director of Television

Ailsa Orr is Director of Television and leads the multi-award winning film and TV studio at Atlantic. She has an extensive track record producing world-class factual output in all its iterations - factual drama & drama doc, limited commentary series, returning formats, and feature documentaries for the US, UK, and international markets. She brings 20+ years experience in creative leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of MGM Studio’s Unscripted Department and prior to that, the BBC.

Claudia Perkins
Managing Director

Claudia oversees the corporate and operational aspects of Atlantic. A business journalist by training, she segued into financial journalism before crossing into investment analysis, and ultimately private equity investment management at JO Hambro Capital Management prior to joining Atlantic. Claudia is currently focused on the group’s ambitious growth plans, particularly the opportunities around its expanding portfolio of iconic IP.

Mimi Gilligan
Director of Legal and Business Affairs

Legal counsel since 2006, Mimi's experience extends across all business aspects of Atlantic's diverse media content, as well as Atlantic’s key relationships with its creative, production, and distribution partners. Mimi began her career working in various capital markets and corporate finance roles in London and New York with Merrill Lynch and Salomon Brothers. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar and has a JD/MBA from the University of Chicago.

Edward Dibble
Finance Director

Ed leads the Finance and IT teams, responsible for the company's financial health and sustainable growth. He has held senior finance and strategy positions in multiple media and technology companies, identifying and delivering opportunities for growth. Trained in audit at PwC, Ed was instrumental in setting up Channel 4 Television Corporation’s investment funds before agreeing to join Technicolor Creative Studios (owners of MPC and The Mill) to support their public listing and M&A strategy. Ed is ACA-qualified and has a PhD in use of haptic technology applied surgery simulation from Imperial College London.

Rebecca Comer
Head of Immersive Production

Becks heads up production for Atlantic’s immersive studio. A dedicated senior digital leader, Becks has 15+ years’ experience driving end-to-end digital product development and campaign management for some of the world's most respected brands. Her mission is to create collaborative, transparent, thoughtful, multidisciplinary teams who deliver the best work of their careers.

Bhaumik Patel
Technical Director Immersive

Bhaumik leads the technology side of Atlantic’s creative tech operations. He combines deep technical knowledge with exceptional creative sensibilities. He has extensive experience within the 3D industry in various roles working on projects including the Oscar winning feature film, Gravity, and the BAFTA winning high-end TV series Natural History Museum Alive 3D as well as large multi-screen installations in some of the world’s leading museums.

Katie Davies
Head of Television Production

Katie leads Atlantic’s film and television production operations. She has deep knowledge of production processes from sports programming through to high-end specialist factual programming, and is recognised for her strong commercial skills, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule.     She is very experienced managing teams around the world, including in hostile environments, and is a keen advocate of new production technologies.

Ceri Passmore
Head Of Design & Visual Effects

Ceri leads the visual effects studio, managing the core team of 3D artists, animators, and motion designers. She leads the broadly based CGI team, whose remit encompasses live-action and stereoscopic filming, CGI modelling, compositing, 3D scanning, and projects with AR / VR integration. A creative, design-led background supports a good ability to interpret and execute, whilst ensuring concept, quality, and client satisfaction is delivered on budget on time.
